Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal before dropping it off at your local carrier.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
